Objective of Meeting

Ths objective of this special event was to support IT Management Professionals with innovative ways to address use-cases and the opportunity to network with one another and discuss ways to approach shared issues and opportunities. Also, to share examples of success from both customers and vendors using The Open Group open standards.

Summary

The IT Management Professionals special event was presented in two parts.

In part 1, end customers presented use-cases and how they approached them. (Please note that access to presentations is restricted to members and event attendees.)

Audience members learned key applications of The Open Group IT4IT Reference Architecture (RA) open standard.

Next Steps

IT4IT Forum members were invited to participate in the IT4IT Forum Review of the “Guide to IT Tools Rationalization using the IT4IT Standard� and enter comments in February before the deadline.

Audience participants were invited to download the finished publication in Q2 2019 from The Open Group Library by searching “IT4IT� in the “Guide� category.
